Templeton Properties is undergoing a re-design of the entire Fenwick Properties Site. the Tower itself which consists of approximately 10,000 sq ft of foot print, sits on a site which consists of 80,000 sq ft of land. As a result, world renowned urban designers Michael Von Hausen and architects from Vancouver and Halifax have come together for the redesign of the site. public consultation has been on going since September of 2009. ^[3]
