Community: Our predominately mature clientele enjoy the steps we have taken to ensure their safety. In addition to the security entrance and intercom system, we have outfitted the lobby with a video camera, which allows our residents view visitors on their cable television before allowing anyone to enter the building. Our resident superintendents meet the needs of our residents. All emergency and maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day. We have wired the building for cable and digital cable thus providing options for television viewing. The building is designed to be wheelchair friendly, from the ground level parking to each suite. For spectacular views of Metropolitan Halifax, our residents need only take an elevator ride to the rooftop patio. In-house laundry facilities are another convenience we offer our residents. King Andrew Tower is located in a quiet community setting, yet is in close proximity to banks, churches and restaurants.
